This week, I had the pleasure of attending the second edition of RISC-V
Summit Europe in Munich, Germany, on behalf of Samsung R&D Institute Poland.
On Thursday, I had an opportunity to present my work as a poster:
“Accelerating software development for emerging ISA extensions with
cloud-based FPGAs: RVV case study.”
Join me on a journey through my experience as a self-hosted server admin,
where I share valuable lessons learned along the way. From my fascination with
technology to maintaining school networks, experimenting with different
distros, and settling on Fedora, I've learned three crucial pieces of advice
for aspiring sysadmins. And now, I'm excited to share my next adventure with
NixOS, a flexible and stable semi-rolling distro with a fully declarative
configuration. Stay tuned for the blog post series, where I'll share my
experience and endeavour to create a perfect NixOS-based backup server.
Welcome to my blog. In the first post I would like to let you know what are
my plans for this space.
In this post I would like to express my discontent with Intel Quartus
SystemVerilog support and ways to work around the gotchas I stumbled upon
while porting PULPissimo SoC system to Quartus.
